Who we are

SETVISION is a trade name of Van Gils Creations, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 53716256, based in Heemstede, the Netherlands. Questions about privacy? Email info@setvision.nl.

Which data we process

When you fill in the contact form, we receive your first name, last name, email address, your organisation if you enter it, and your message. If you email, call or message us, we process the details you share yourself.

What we use it for

Only to reply to your question, prepare a quote and, if you become a client, carry out and invoice the work. We do not send newsletters or advertising unless you ask for it.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with others, except where needed for the assignment or required by law (for example for tax purposes). The website and our email are hosted by Mijndomein in the Netherlands.

How long we keep it

We keep messages as long as needed to handle your question. Data needed for our accounts is kept as long as the law requires (usually seven years).

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, nor third-party visitor statistics. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so nothing is sent to Google or other parties when you visit. Like any web server, our hosting briefly keeps technical log files (such as IP address and time) to keep the site safe and working.

WhatsApp and Instagram

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp or Instagram, you leave our website and the privacy rules of those services apply.

Your rights

You can always ask which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted. Just email info@setvision.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
