SETVISION rents out complete sound systems for presentations, corporate events, conferences, receptions and parties. We work with professional d&b audiotechnik sound and Shure microphones. From a compact set for a meeting room to a system for a full hall.

Service area
We are based in Cruquius, between Haarlem, Heemstede and Hoofddorp, close to Schiphol. From there we deliver throughout the region and beyond: Amsterdam, Leiden, Utrecht and pretty much the whole of the Netherlands.

How big should the sound system be?
That depends on the room, the number of guests and what you want to play: speech, video or music. Tell us your plans and we will recommend the right set.
Do you set up the sound system?
Yes. We deliver, set everything up, tune the sound and collect it afterwards. On request we stay to run the sound.
Which microphone suits my event?
For a speaker who walks around, a headset or lavalier is handy; for speeches and questions from the audience, a wireless handheld. We are happy to advise.
Can several microphones be used at once?
Yes, for a panel or debate we use several wireless microphones. We set the channels so they do not interfere.
Can I rent sound and screens together?
Yes, that is common. We connect the laptop so the picture and sound of your presentation or video work together.
Do you deliver in Hoofddorp and around Schiphol?
Yes. From Cruquius, Hoofddorp, Schiphol-Rijk and the hotels around Schiphol are just around the corner. Haarlem, Heemstede and Amsterdam are close too.
How much does it cost to rent a sound system?
